03 pete 379 Help needed

just got back from cat and there was one injector code set at 1111 and the rest were correct and boost sensor was bad. Now boost will get up to 28 bobtail and egts have dropped. Doesnt blow smoke from stacks anymore.
The original owner had someone put on new turbo but it was for a 5ek but lucky for me Mr Haney informed me it was for 550 version of 5ek. I just hope it pulls well with a load now

 

this afternoon I went and picked up flatbed to use for monday. I like the way my truck pulls now finally its like the trailer isnt even there. I pushed on it hard to see how high egts would get and 900 was it empty. It used to get up to 950 bobtailing cruising at 60 on 1300 rpms. I cant believe a bad boost sensor would make it so sick

 

Yesterday I started pulling corn and my truck pulls ok since I had it fixed at cat place. I have had 3 loads over 90k and it now pulls way better than before. But my only problem i see now is the mbn factory tune still sucks because egts will climb to 1100 and temp rises right along with it.

 

yes thanks I have talked to Mr Haney about tuning my ecm. Business has been slow until yesterday as soon as I can catch up and come up with the correct change for Mr Haney I will for sure get him to tune my ecm.

 

My truck having mbn c15 has the short radiator with the short intercooler. Has anyone with this setup ever changed over to the normal radiator and intercooler?
