Recruiter Ping Pong

Maybe you don't remember what it's like to be new, or maybe you are just a natural at driving but I am not ready to drive alone. I think there should have been more driving sessions at school. I need more backing help and shifting help so I have no problem with the training and actually welcome it..I would need a bit more confidence before going solo out there.

I like US Xpress for many reasons so I am hoping it works out. If it doesn't I can still got to Roehl or Schneider.

If youre just out of school, the company will send you out with a trainer for a few weeks, that is where you will find out if you are ready to go solo. When I went out with a trainer it was actually a lot of fun, lots of pressure, but also a lot of learning. If you can stay out with the trainer under pressure, then you will do fine on your own. Or you wont, only this experience will tell. GL to ya!

 

good luck with your gig search , I live in just about an hour south of TJ and love it here in Mexico cool to hear about your experiences as well. I worked for Crete 3 years when I was wet behind the ears still and found that it was a decently run place, you feel like a number unless your TM calls you up. But load select was awesome to have, I was given the choice of Nuevo York or LA on 9/11 of course I chose LA.. And saw it on the tube instead of up close.. ciao

They called me back and got my bus ticket to Shippensburg for Mondays orientation.
