Well drivers - this is how it is, CR England is advancing with giant steps to gain the title of WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN THE INDUSTRY. Not only is their school a mill, but graduate of it or not, lies and threats and empty promises is the baseline of CR ENGLAND's business policy.
Do not believe anything given to you in writing, do not trust anything told to you 'when we call back with your help." It was so #### humiliating to follow the instructions and go to a truck stop to cash a company check only to be told, when the clerk was confirming the check, that CR England "has given you a fake check and the money cannot be given to you."
Details of what develops will be posted, not to imply this would change CR ENGLAND's policy, but to advise drivers to stay away from a company who's goal is to leave you peniless. DO PAY ATTENTION! Peniless.![]()

Hello drivers - beginners or experienced.
These posts are not intended to damage CR England - they are intended
to warn all drivers, as you are deciding between companies to join, what
has been the experience of working for ENGLAND. You decide which is the worst of the group. Wishing you a good choice for a fruitfull career..
Drive safely! -
One or two complaints can be dismissed easily, but not one or two hundred, about the same thing. -
Swift ,,,,,,,,,,they must get there drivers form the idoit school, i thnk there the only company to teach there dcrivers that if they are sitting along the side of the road to go ahead and pull out in front of you
-
Mack called it, as he does in about 99.999999% of all cases.
Trucking companies will go through a lot of trouble to check YOU out. You better believe they'll dig around in your history to learn all about little ol' you.
Drivers should do the same thing. They'd be foolish not to. History is #### important, and one should always rely on it when choosing a trucking company. Don't be stuck in the present with blinders on. Turn your head and look behind you, and then look up ahead in front of you, as the past and the future are just as important as the here and now.
Don't ever be afraid to post dirt on a company. That post may help me make a better decision down the road. -
I saw one this week make a U turn across the interstate. Swift should be so proud. -
In my VAST 7 months of driving I have almost been killed (or a REAL GOOD fender bender) a handful of times. 90% of them due to the ineptness of a Swift driver.

I can't imagine a truck driver having the time use a puter unless you have a laptop and waiting on a load but here is my scenario . I have a class A but haven't drove a big truck since 1989 . I drove an expedited straight truck and loved it because it was not connected to a computer and our books were referred to as our comic books . This all equals money to me .
Anyway I got a dui on a Harley 3 + yrs ago And now find myself looking at crst because they are self insured . I don't like the idea at all since I was making more in 1989 running solo than they are currently paying for team . My next option is go back to a school and get recertified and go with another questionable company that pays for the school or take the school recruiters word that if I pay for it she can place me with a small independent company .
Anyway I have a 3 year clean mvr and no wrecks ever and any leads would be appreciated . No don't drive drunk comments please . -
MN and he told me one time that if they were cited for doing a U turn, it was grounds for dismissal.
