Its getting close to crunch time. Graduate on August 22 and have to make some choices. Have had a few recruiters in and have narrowed down to a couple that sound good. I have applied to two companies and gotten back pre-hire letters. Two companies I have not applied yet because they wanted me to wait until I get closer to graduation. I will apply next week sometime to start the ball rolling.

Just wanted to get an idea of rankings on my choices. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    ROEHL - Pre-Hire letter
    PRIME - Pre-Hire letter
    JBS - Apply this week
    KLLM - Apply this week.

I don't have any personal experience with any of the 4 listed.

But, I did do the whole job hunting thing myself recently. Me and another guy took our pile of pre hires and filtered out the bad ones. We narrowed it down to 2 carriers that we felt were the best. : KLLM and TMC.

I wanted to do flatbed, so I picked TMC, and am very happy.
He picked KLLM, and I haven't heard any complaints from him either.

From the research I have done on the ones you have listed, Roehl sounds pretty good and they don't seem to keep you out with a trainer for a long time just doing the team/training driving.

KLLM sounded ok, but I think they had an 8 week training run. And then they seemed to cut the miles back too. You can read about most of this stuff in DAC report area where I did.
