That's good to hear. I want to get out of this 4 wall dungeon I work in now and see some of the country.

You help keep me in that state! Not having to cut the grass as it has already been done. Just doing some things on Dad's estate and getting ready to go spend the night in the truck so Carolynn does not have to get up at Jim Time...lol

I spent a good part of the week down in and around texas....105 to 110.
It actually felt cool when I parked last night and it was only 90.
My winch bar was so hot I could not hold it without gloves when I did my load check...ouch!
    Delivering tuesday in Cleveland.
Where I picked up at Gerdau in Texas, they put tree sap on the ground to keep the dust down. So guess what I got all over my truck?

All the info on here is Great...They called me a few days ago to move to the next step...
I will have to go in under the Student program....take a week to refresh some then 2 weeks training and then onto a trainer....Be honest I am a bit scared...has been since 95 the last time I was in a rig...don't remember much at all.....I am working now and drive a straight truck a few days a month...been with my Job for almost 6 years....HATE IT with a passion....LOL I have faith in myself that I can do the job...but that part of yourself keeps popping up in my head...if you Fail after you quit your JOB....there is no going back....Choices, Choices

I had zero experience and I made it. Be positive! It will come back to you!

true....I know I am tough enough....biggest part will be the lifestyle change....I am home every night by 6pm and off weekends....will be some adjustments for sure....and of course leaving the Wife at home after 24 years....Our Marriage is Strong and she is a great woman but sure would be different....But I know I could make a better living then I am making now
