How do you get doubles/triples training if you can't get hired by a company that pulls doubles/triples because you don't have that training?

That's a good question. Most LTL companies will have you towing doubles if you have the endorsement wether you've towed them or not before.
My only advice would be to go extra slow around corners, really keep your following distance proper----like 1/4 mile between you and the car in front of you, and follow a procedure and stick with it when you hook/unhook. -
I ask becuase I talked to a recruiter for known an LTL and he told me that you need to have experience with doubles/triples to be looked at for hiring, the question was how do you get experience with doubles/triples if you can't be hired because you don't have experience with double/triples? The company was Oak Harbor Freight.

Yes, maybe try a different LTL company, like everyone except oak harbor.
