    Not so. The Minneapolis Star Tribune thought enough of Dan Hanson's piece to print it; almost 500 people commented (yes, some with the predictable anti-trucking overtones--nothing new there). "Today's Trucking," Canada's largest trucking magazine, picked up the story.
    http://www.todaystrucking.com/ It went viral and U.K. media outlets carried it. Not many trucking stories get that much exposure. Dan hit a nerve.

    Good, its about time someone managed to get proper information out there about what you guys go through on the road.

    I've emailed my share of the media asking them to back up their "facts" and most times I get a canned response that they don't like to share their sources. That really gets me riled up, simply because they like to quote crash statistics that are skewed by the anti-truck groups. Not really facts at all. :biggrin_25510:

    I just posted this in a Thread on the Trains .com Website in a thread I am using because someone attacked me because I was a Truck Driver. He is a so called FOAMER someone that Foams at the mouth when he sees a Locomotive he has never seen before from what I have seen in his Posts. I also used it as kinda a Going outta here since if your not a fomaer anymore your not Welcome around here anymore post outta be interesting how it gets replyed to.
