Dynamat ....

I used tiger foam on the underside, it has held up for over 4 years now

I can't remember the name but had it done to my cabover year's back, it came in a can and you spray it , it was insulation. I just remember before you sprayed it had to be a CLEANED surface.

Dynomat for noise. Or you could spend much less going to the Home Depot and buying rubber roofing insulation.
Heat and cold? Home Depot will have many types of insulation. -
Mostly heat and cold, but reducing some noise as a side benefit would be nice. Thanks everyone for the suggestions, the tiger foam looks like a good way to go as long as the stuff doesn't drip off the underside of the floor while applying it. -
I used Dynamat in my truck but it's expensive. There is cheaper alternatives available. I just put some of the roofing insulation on the floor of my beetle. It's not as good as Dynamat but much cheaper. In my van I put foil backed bubble insulation under the carpet and it helped for heat insulation. There's tons of info on the net if you look around.
