My truck was equipped with an entire set of chains when I picked it out during orientation, I don't think anything has changed. As far as the goofy chain laws in some states yes they are for show only, I have never chained up with JCT. It just doesn't make sense to me to waste the time to freeze putting them on and then again to take them off only to muster 20mph or so, more than that you will just waste/break them and they get expensive. Hell just sit it out, and then roll when its time! I only chained once in my life and that was when I got the truck stuck in the Best Western parking lot in Evanston, Wy when I-80 was shut down, Tried to get a room so I could get a parking spot. In the end, I got out to the J and just left it till everyone sorted it out and the Best Western got all new bushes out front! When I offered to pay for them they said do not worry about it, happens every year!

Just filled out an online app. for
JCT. The shortest app. i've ever seen, only one page not much info. Does anyone know if they call you to follow up before they start contacting employers? Do they send you another app. to fill out? Just not much info required on that one. Also if everything goes well i wasn't wanting an ori. date till about a month or so, are the good about working with you on this? Any info helps, thanks.

Ok guys need somthe advise, just talked to the recuriter. She said there was a regional position available. Never knew JCT had regional. She said they guarented 2500 miles a week for regional with home about once a week. Does anybody know anything about this? Is it possible to still get over 3k miles a week doing this? Hometime sounds good but more worried bout the money. Was planning on going OTR, the regional thing kinda threw me for a loop, really need your input. Need to make a decision before she calls me back, Thanks.
