Ok i have to share my story, for those of you that know horizon in wichita will love this. Ok a grain hauler pulled up under the probe, got out ran his paperwork in. He was in such a hurry that when he came back out ummmm wheres my truck utttt ohhhh chingow. It had rolled from the probe backwards down the incline clear back to the flour load out, but dont worry thank god our truck stopped it with the hood. It nearly totalled out our truck, pushed hood into both windshields, got the radiator, ac condensor, charge air cooler, all the brackets pushed everything back into the motor. where the grain trailer went rite over top of bumper it pushed it all back two foot. It slid our truck backwards 9 feet. But wait it gets better it was his second day on the job, he dove out forgot to set park brakes. Im sure Mr. Penner is impressed. hahahahahahahahahahah![]()

That really sux for everyone involved. Id like to see the look on that drivers face when he realized what happened.
-
Crop Jocky, that makes me sick just reading about it.
Was your driver in the truck when it got hit? If he'd have been behind it opening his tarp at the time, he could have been killed. I hope the other outfit at least has good insurance and will make it right. There's a couple places we go to that you park on an incline, and I've wondered about something like that happening.

Impressed? Naw...It's just business as usual for that outfit! Glad to her no one got hurt. That sucker must have gotten rolling pretty good to do that kind of damage.
-
luckily no one was hurt, the driver had just came down from loading his bulk tanker. Just a couple minutes earlier and he was on top with the spout in it. It got rolln pretty good but there isnt much meat on those lil century class shakers. If it would have been a large car could have polished the scratch out

Got a new gig working at Riceland. I guess I'll be climbing out of the truck for awhile. Riceland Jboro has got 2 old hoppers they use some on the yard. Maybe I can get in them some.

Dairyman to start with mostly in the farm sample house. Empty flat storage when slow. Hopefully yard jockey some with the hoppers. Go out and sample farm rice bins and measure them. When the independent sample house is busy work over there some. I'm looking forward to seeing what all develops. Maybe I can last awhile before I get fired.
