The dude didn't want to move his truck either into the dock, or out of it. No one is telling him to drive down the street. There is a little wiggle room for this on the E-log. These crybabys don't want to work. Rollover, If you don't like what I post, then feel free to not read it. I promise, it won't bother me at all.

I've had a fleet manager threaten to screw with my home time for requesting I be paid for getting me home late over the Qualcomm, and Marten dealt with him pretty harshly (as he deserved, both for the threat and for being stupid enough to do it over the Qualcomm).
I have NEVER had a fleet manager at Marten tell me to do something illegal via Qualcomm, nor even come close to hinting at it. I have a hard time believing this happened, but I could see where a very new fleet manager hired from outside the company might be stupid enough to pull something like that, but I would want to see evidence of their lobotomy scar first, lol. -
I worked for Marten for 4.5 years, and have been driving since 1995. I find it hard to believe even a very new fleet manager would do something that stupid, though having dealt with some very stupid fleet managers I can't entirely rule out that it happened.
If it had happened to me, I would simply contact HR and have them look at the huge lawsuit the fleet manager just opened them up for. Worked quite well for me when a fleet manager threatened me via Qualcomm, he was removed as a fleet manager within an hour, and that was just him being unusually stupid, not doing something illegal. -

The tongue of the "Bluebird" is forked and full of misleadings....as an "insider", I know more than I want to. Tell me more and let's see where this goes. The more the merrier and powerful to bring a light on this giant that has a perception that it can do what it wants to customers, employees and competitors without repercussions.
