    Kyle,

Can we all add something that is very important to truckers as a whole?

I think I can speak for everyone here on this one request, as it is something I have heard from EVERY truck driver I have ever spoken to! Truckers NEED the motoring public to know how to drive safely around those big rigs!!

It is imperative to the image of the truck driver for the motoring public to realize that quite a few of the incidents that happen that involve a rig can be traced back, either directly or indirectly, to the careless actions of someone in a four wheeler.

    Thank you!

    Bonnie

Mods, I HAVE give Wayne & Kyle permission to post their e-mails in this post ONLY. I am glad to see the response to this, all...hopefully they will make a really cool documentary of truckers and we all can help the image of the trucking industry! I am excited at the thought of it. We'll make ya famous, Kyle & Wayne...just treat us decent, like you have stated, and we'll do all we can for you. Of course, speak the truth, bad parts and all...but we NEED some good publicity and this should help the truckers' morale problem as well.

Good Luck with this all! Let me know how else to help in your quest here.

If this is legit it would be really cool. I don't think enough people know the real ins and outs of this profession. I hope for everyone this is on the up and up and the word will get out there about a "trucker's life". Hopefully they do the whole picture - including the families who struggle too (the behind the scenes people). Good Luck WiseOne - Make Us Proud!! lol

This really is a good idea. After all, it's easier to see from the inside too:) Sure will give you an idea of how many 4 wheelers compromise safety too.

The company is out of Alberta,CA. I have more information on them later. The text that you can't read is a standard format that has been used on web sites for testing since the 1980's of the layout before they actually release the live page.
It's Latin and the text is derived from Cicero's De finibus bonorum et malorum On the Ends of Goods and Evils, or The Purposes of Good and Evil ) Which translates to something like this:
"Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it? But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure?"
