It all depends upon the terminal, the job, and the location. Most will keep up with the joneses ... 40 to 60k a year.

I started with Ruan a month ago out of the New Castle, De location. Its a great job, the money is good. They treat you like family, they don't bother you as long as the loads are done. If there is a problem just let them know. On my run I get paid every 2 week.

I like how the loads are dispatched over the nextel phone, I think thats a lot better than the big computer systems. My work schedule keeps me out 2 nights a week and while I'm out they pay the hotel, they reinburse me for meals and if I spend time cleaning the truck or whatever, I get paid. They are not afraid to pay you for what you do. Last week I grossed $1300 and I was home 3 nights and the weekend.

Hey dmp what account are you on? They have a position in Hagerstown Md averaging 65k a year but the location is about 1hr and a half from my house. Do you park at the terminal or close to the vendor? Thanks
