So, I was doing my research and have not been able to find any trucking companies that are even close to the BASICs overview on Wal-Mart. Am I missing something? Being a newbie, am I looking at this information wrong? Does anyone know of any companies with this many power units (6,399) that come close to their BASICs? If so please let me know. I am still researching the opportunities out there. I apologize if my ignorance has gotten the best of me on this. Thanks

I tried to download the PDF but it didn't work. From your post it sounds like you are researching what a shipper requires in a trucking company. I'm not sure why. What are you trying to determine or accomplish?

Not many starter company's have a good FMCSA score. It is good to research the scores of companies you are considering.

I agree with you and I almost never do. I just decided to because I was trying to figure his angle. In addition, it was viewed by 8 others and I have seen him around for a few days.

When it started acting hinky I remember why I don't do this.

All the OP tried to post was a PDF file of what I am posting.

If you are hoping to get on with Walmart only now being a student you have a long road ahead of you. They require: Hazmat endorsement, minimum 3 years current OTR experience with at least 50,000 miles driving each year, a minimum 250,000 miles experience and a list of preventable and non preventables that I am too lazy to type out. There is a reason their BASIC numbers are so low.

I did see the 3 year minimum driving requirement for Wal-Mart. In my research of companies I have not been able to find any other companies with such low FMCSA scores. My guess is that such companies are not going to hire newbie’s anyway. I just came across it and was wondering if anyone out there no of any other companies with such low scores? I will learn how to properly post in the future so as not to worry anyone about a virus. In my experience with using Adobe PDF files I have never seen a virus with this extension. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for the input.

The thing that blows me away about walmart is my and general perception of how the drivers get treated vs. all the other employees.

    Why the disparity?

They treat there drivers good because Sam knew they were important. Unfortunately that's the only thing that carried over after he died.
