Highwayangels I feel your pain. I worked for them as well and had more problems than anywhere i had worked. All i tried to do was my best for them but it was never good enough. Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for!

 

I was thinking of applying after seeing a ad posted on cl not sure now

 

sounds to me like you complain no matter the job you have..your one of those people that a company cant make happy, no matter the situation......

 

isn't the purpose of this section of the forums to share bad experiences? it seems like theres always someone that pops into threads always saying 'quit your ########'.... just sayin

 

So as a company rep why not point out the errors in the posts.

If I am driving for a company and they are doing the things that have been said, that does not justify a complaint?

 

I talked to them today at a job fair, and he told me they payed .42 cpm and you could pick the lanes you wanted to run, and told me solo's were making around 70k a yr. Wasn't told anything about guranteed miles, maybe got rid of that not sure.
Any other info good or bad, sound off please

I have worked as a driver for DTS for over 5 years. I now work in the office at DTS. Every company has its problems.. that is a fact. I agree that the driver scorecard was a bad idea. it has been removed. I can personally say that anytime a driver with dts has a problem they can feel free to call the owner to speak to him personally. I know that the owner takes care of his drivers very well and has gone above and beyond to help me. I cannot speak to the specific problems of Thehighwayangels but those problems and that general manager are no longer here.

to adress another complaint. we do not currently have a drivers application online. it is only a pdf for download that is filled out with pen and faxed back in. the application online is for non drivers only, thus no need for the secure link.
