Hazmat scales

I think Ga is one of them, but thats only at certain scales where it tells you, if you have a hazmat load you must go through scales regardless on light on ur pass......

 

All HAZMAT & OS/OW must roll thru scales regardless of ez pass green light.

 

Arkansas, Arizona and Ohio are the only states where you have to go into the scales if hauling hazmat, even if you get a green light on your Prepass.

 

You are incorrect sir. Hazmat can use Prepass in all states except AR, AZ and OH.

OH has signs saying all hazmat must enter but if you have prepass greenlught you don't have to go in. I thought you did until I went to work for a carrier based out of Ohio pulling hazmat tanker and found out differently. I still was not convinced so i asked a dot officer and was told the same thing. I never had an issue bypassing the scale with a hazmat load either.
