I have a question for you guys that have trucks with the IROS suspension. Do they all use alot of air? My truck uses an enormous amout of air because the suspension is always adjusting the bag pressure. it's not as bad when empty or running long stretches that don't require a lot of changes in speed, but when loaded and on rough roads the compressor cycles every 3-4 minutes. I've checked all the lines and bags for leaks and found none. I talked to my local Int. dealer and they said to replace the height control valve with one that has a delay, so I did that and it helped a little, but the system still uses a lot more air than my old truck did.

There may be a leak somewhere with the suspension when loaded that isn't as bad when unloaded. Some leaks make no noise at all and can be hard to find.

I pretty sure it's the suspension, when I go down the road at a slow enough speed that I don't get any wind/road noise I can hear the suspension taking/dumping air with every little bump in the road. Also, when I take off from a stop the suspension adjusts the air pressure every time I shift. I can let the struck sit in my driveway all weekend with the air supplied and it leaks very little air out. i've also talked to a couple of guys that I know that have the same setup in their trucks and theirs does the same thing.

I had a hard to find leak on my old truck that ended up being an airbag, but in that case the suspension would drop over the weekend. I don't get that on my new truck, but I still soap up the bags occasionally to see if a leak shows up.
