Werner Trainer Craps Himself

I have read this post countless times, and laugh everytime I read it...

 

As do I. Someone said it, dude should have been a writer.

Great, I have something to look forward to then.

 

I am searching for a company to join, I have a friend at work who LOVES Werner, I have good days and bad at work, some days I think its a great company to work for and some days not so much, so my question to all the Werner HATERS, is this just a bunch of bad days on the job or the company REALLY SUCKS

 

I went with Werner last year and am still with them. They are like the other big companies when it comes to training, etc.
I told them in orientation that if my trainer gave me problems or was less than suitably hygenic, that I would have no qualms in throwing him off his own truck. They understood that I fully meant it. I conduct myself with proper manners and expect others to do so as well. I raised two rambunctious boys who still say yes ma'am.
I was fortunate to get a trainer that was both polite, clean (didn't go for more than 2 days without bath), dressed in professional manner, patient, and good conversatlionalist. Made training very easy.
All you have to do is remain in touch with your fleet manager or student driver manager. Let them know what's going on.

I am starting with Werner next Monday for oreintation I really hope after hearing these horror stories, that everything goes good I am in Indy terminal.

 

Dutchess, did ya make trainer yet? Sounds like i'd wanna go out with you since your clean and dont crap yourself.......
