That's great Roger...do u think someone could make the kind of money you do there, without going into Canada? And what about some contact info, please. I don't see that they have a website...
Thanks pal, and keep on trucking!

Not going into Canada will hurt you some, but from talking to drivers that don't they are very happy also. They seem to run the longer runs here in the US. As far as contract goes, its very simple and covers the basics, nothing complicated.

Hi,
What kind of company are they, I live less than a mile from the address they have listed which is a private home. Is it a broker? I'm interested but I would like to know more about them. By the way I'm an Expeditor in a small straight truck/cargo van. Thank You.
Greg336TennTrucker Thanks this. -
That address is John's mothers I think. Official address to get all mail. The office/ dock is in Fraiser, but is moving in the next week or two to a better facility. Don't know new address yet, but move is only a few miles from present location. But is not broker but a true expedite company.

You have been with them now since Jan. How have they been treating you? Have they been getting loads for you when you wanted to get home? I googled them yesterday and I'm wondering about them, I found locations for them in Chesterfield, New Baltimore, Fraser, St. Clair Shores and 2 locations in Clinton Twp. All of the locations except St. Clair Shores had the same phone number and when I called the St. Clair Shores number it was the Fraser location as well. I also drove by the Fraser location and couldn't find it. So you can see my concern as to how good the company is. I'm wondering if its a fly by night company or someone trying to stay ahead of the IRS or something like that? I would like to hear your input.

Roger, how goes it at JD Clark? I've called to apply - spoke to them on Friday and awaiting an application. All well over there still? Thanks and take care...

Its a little crazy there, their in the process of moving into new facilities. So don't take it personal if they fail to contact you, just keep trying.

How did you make out with them?
-
I didn't. He stiffed me - I've never been lied to so much by a guy BEFORE going to work for him. Usually they wait until AFTER I'm there before they start changing the story. He asked me to call him, and when I did left me on hold 10 minutes - then never got back to me. I've been trying with this dude for almost 3 months already. Enough.
Who knows? Maybe you'll have better luck with them.
