Oh I get it! Like a kickstand for a big rig right?!
Sometimes it really makes you wonder. Just how in the hell could you possibly do that? Not to mention there's about 12 feet of, should I stop or keep going, should I stop or keep going, should I stop or keep going! I can see bumping it and realizing, "oh I just hit that post, I should stop now and back up so that I don't cause further damage!"
What really went through his head: "Doo da doo, doo da doo, huh think I just hit a post, na doesn't look like it from here, funny thing is truck is pulling funny, well maybe I did hit a post, na I'll keep going see if its the motor or something. Huh, no I think I did hit the post, well I'll just keep going eventually the post will break off or I'll run out of trailer to F'UP! Well sumbit##! Post just won't break! Huh, I'm at a loss now! Maybe I'll get out and check it out. Na, let me try second gear first. Huh, nope, post still there. How bout a little reverse action! Huh, that's strange almost seems like I have locked myself in there. Well guess I better get out and look being I can't go anywhere. Huh, #### sure hit a post! Nobody will notice, and hell them scratches will buff right out! Besides, I can blame the truck stop for putting those posts to close to the pumps. Don't see why the hell they would put those posts there anyway. I mean really how many guys need a post to lean on at the fuel pumps? Must be for the handicap cause their painted yellow! I'm thinkin of suing. This is definitely negligence on the truck stops part!"
There you have it folks! Thank you so much for posting those picts!
I'm the perfect driver

Sometimes the action in the truck stops is the very best form of entertainment! I could sit and people watch for hours!
-
My last company we had a driver who was furious that someone hit her trailer and just took off. She was even madder that no one took her serious. Of course when you looked at the trailer you saw the yellow safety post paint.
Lonesome Thanks this. -
but ifin ya'll notice, that there is a dry box...
-
Why shore it's a dry box. Ain't no rain thar.
(You got me, though
I really hadn't noticed.)

I think that may have been my buddies student that did that.
He was a trainer with Cedar Rapids Stunt Team and had just fueled and ran inside to fax some loads in, while he waited on the guy in front of him to move. So while he was inside, the guy up front moves and the student decides he needs to pull forward and rip, he tore up the brand new trailer they had just picked up, he said it hadn't even had a load in it yet. I'll have to send him these picks and see if this was his ace student. -
It does look like a brand new trailer in the pict. Somebody's getting a pink slip!
-
If that's what happened, I hate it for the guy. I mean, it's cool of the student to take the initiative and have the consideration to move it so others could fuel, but... wow.
Still, I just don't see how even a student could do that. If a trainer pulled into the lane, it should have been parked at least pretty much centered and straight. How do you go that far off track in such a short distance? -
Don't see how a student could do that? Hell I don't see how Stevie Wonder could have done that!!!!!!
