    I have driven for both.

    SNI over werner anyday.....

If you are looking for hometime, respect, pay, and a future, go with SNI. Werner will only give you hometime out of all of that.

Werner is THE bottom barrel company.

If you are looking for OTR, check out some others...but I like Schneider.

Since you asked here it is:

Werner first tried to give Tom the boot after 2 months of training by claiming that he lied on his application(why wait 2 months?) When that didn't work, because we knew the owner of the company and he backed us up;they terminated him for hard braking.Because of the Werner termination;his applications to dozens of companies was rejected and he's been working as a commercial roofer since May. He has given up on driving for a living altogether. When a ToysRUs recruiter called him last week for a seasonal driving job interview ,Tom said no way I'm done with driving.I'm making good money ($18 per hour) and home every day after my 8 hours are up.

His twin brother is in training with Swift and so far so good,no problems to report.

I applied and got approved by Roehl and WSE over the weekend too so now its between those 2 and SNI

Ive ruled out werner since i have yet to hear anything positive about them.

I dont like the idea of jumping in an automatic truck at wse and being pigeon holed out of getting a job later because i dont have any shifting experience

Look what I have learned from close friends and family. 90% of the people pitting down Werner and Swift are disgruntled employees who have been fired. Werner west coast is one of the best companies to begin your journey with. You are not gonna getpaid like other companies '' slightly less'' but the benefits are good and cheap. Every truck has ape's. If you choose otr you will not stop rolling and they are on a sliding scale. 22 to .36 to start with a raise after 1 year. I have a friend that just got himillion miles. He is happy. So im heading that way.

Roehl is a good starter company, I've been here 2 years. Don't come here expecting something for nothing if you are lazy or a crappy driver they will treat you like one. I'm leased to em so I don't keep up with the company side much. Sni is about the same just a lot bigger than us. Whatever you do stay the Hell away from werner.

Ps for every success story at werner there are about a thousand who are in bankruptcy

Well, since I've never had a gruntle, I couldn't be disgruntled, or fired for that matter, from anywhere.
Like I said earlier, SNI never lied to me, or treated me like a second class citizen. I guess technically Werner didn't lie to me about the pay, but certainly did a good job of misleading.
Have never been with Swift. And that's all I'll say, if ya haven't driven for a company, the best bet is to keep your mouth shut. Other than that, it's all hearsay. Regardless of who you got your info from.:biggrin_25511:
