Your company must have had the special license from the alliance for uniform hazmat transportation. If your company doesn't have it, you must enter Oh scales with hazmat.

The Alliance for Uniform Hazmat Transportation Procedures is a group of five states — Michigan, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma and West Virginia — that register and permit carriers and shippers of hazardous materials in a uniform manner, utilizing the same application forms and fee assessment calculations.
