I rolled out at noon on monday. Shared churchs chicken on sunday with a trainer. THe loudmouth wanted to watch football and the rest of us didn't.

Forgot to mention that Im in a brand new T700, Betty. Just over 70k on her now. My stint from Tn to Tx yesterday netted 8.0mpg with 27k in the box...

 

Back in Cali. Waiting to be offloaded at GoldenState Foods (McDonalds) in City of Industry.

Vacation coming up. Taking off end of next week for 10 days.

So much for going to detroit. Gave it up to a grad fleet driver wanting to go home. So off to general mills to pick up and then to HEB houston.

 

Im home for my Bday
Gonna head back out on Tuesday. Figures I get home and theres a Hurricane off the Coast

Home for a few days. Soaking up all the beautiful California weather while I can. Chances are I'll be taking produce to Cedar Falls when I leave here and that means rolling through Wyoming. It's only August but I may see some snow there lol.

Can't wait to see what this winter brings. This will be my third winter on the road. My first winter, lots of folks told me it was one of the worst winters they had seen. Last winter, I was told the same thing. This winter, I'm hoping to hear "Hey...what's with all this sunshine and 70 degree weather? I thought it was wintertime!" One can hope right?

 

Now come on the first snow in wyoming is two weeks away. got to enjoy labor day weekend first.
