Only thing im a little worried about is them considering my current job otr experience. It's a foodservice carrier & im usuall home a couple times a week lately, but i've been to probly 25 or 26 states with them in the last 14 months. So im thinkin' that should be enough, plus i had some otr & regional experience from another job. Probly not a big deal but by nature i'll worry about it till i hear something.:biggrin_2557:

Though i have'nt worked there yet i've been following/ researching this company since before i even got my cdl. I have followed this thread on and off since LMB started it. Through all my research i can tell you i am very confident this is a good company, and if a person is willing to work their ### off they could make a #### good living. I used to own my own business before i got into trucking, and am looking forward to managing my own affairs again, i seem to work better that way. I would like to think all the JCT drivers who have been so helpfull. Dont worry too much haulinass, the hard part is over you've been accepted, you'll do great there.:biggrin_25514::biggrin_25525:

Food for thougt they hired me and I was 11 western for past 2 years . I believe if you get good verifiable references and they like you in orientation and pass their tests, skills and medical then it shouldn't ne an issue just don't have gaps in employment history I was on unemployment during last 5 years and I proved it so all was fine. In my interview they just asked why I left my current employer and I explained it. They r looking for dedicated hard workers who don't create a lot of drama . I have never pulled refer before and after break in period I will feel even more comfortable . If u can plan your trip and that includes using smart fuel purchases ( a lot of apps on line for smart phones ) and be professional on all aspects no one should have issues. Course I'm only 14 days in but that's what I've learned.

Well, we went to the truck show today. Wont get an answer from JCT till Monday cause everybody was busy with headin' down there. Met with April @ the JCT booth, they had the sprint car set up there & the driver was there part of the day. Even got the chance to meet Mr. Christner himself, very down to earth man. Had a great time, the wife & daughter had fun fillin' up bags with all the free stuff everybody hands out there lol. I even got a sweet new JCT hat outta' the deal:biggrin_25519: Looking forward to hearing from them Monday.
