FAT people are Discriminated against at prime

400 pounds, Used to smoke 3-4 packs a day, former outlaw trucker. I've got more then 100 tickets in my 26 years OTR. I've carried up to 3 Chauffeurs Licenses. I am the one of the guys the CDL was s'posed to get rid of yet I was one of the first in the country to get a CDL. I once handed an Indiana trooper my log book that was 28 days behind. I've been jailed for driving a CMV while suspended in OK. I whipped Charlie Daniel's (Owner of Rising Fenix, Now New Rising Fenix, not the singer) butt for not paying me and went to jail for it. Before it was called Risng Fenix, it was Wayne Daniel Truck Line, out of Mt. Vernon, MO. Some of you old timers will remember who that was and remember how it was.

Did I forget to mention my 3,000,000 accident free miles?

It was a hell of a life and it darn near killed me but don't tell me my behaviour made me accident prone.

EDIT: BTW, I am fat. I am not sensitive to that. I am happy with me. I have no problems besides the health problems that I have that go along with being fat. These health problems took me off the road and I will die fairly young, but I would change nothing. I had a good life.

That said, The fat guy stereotypes piss me off. People who assume I am lazy, incompetent, unclean because I am fat are ignorant. See, another Stereotype. Stereotypes are a form of discrimination.

AS long as you can passa DOT pyshical and blood pressure is fine and your weight does not hinder your ability to do the job..I.e pass there agility /stength test alot of companies have... IT's plain out descrimination as there is NO federal law on BMI

It's not right dude. Not right at all. It's a actually a conspiracy brought about by the Order of Skinny American Models to convince the world that rib cages and collar bones are beautiful. But no seriously, I think they go more on neck size and even if they don't, unless you suffer from sleep apnea you have nothing to worry about. But just to be safe a nice laxative regimine may not be a bad idea.
