ISx Smoking

    I have a 2005 volvo with cummins 550 isx. my problem is it smokes in a hard pull.Iv'e had the egr censer and the cooler changed because that's what they told me at the shop tested bad.It also has lost power pulling and fuel milage.any body have any idea's would my real problem is and how to fix it. Thanks

    What color is the smoke?
    Loosing coolant?
    Ruff idle?
    Any codes?
    Engine temp at the time of "power loss-smoking"?
    Turbo - CAC checked?

    The smoke is black.Coolant is good.idle is normal,only code is high egr coolant temp.

    They had to pull the turbo to get to the cooler. They probably didn't put something back together right if it was a recent repair.
