Condocruiser....sections b and c get more specific on cmv citations and non-cmv citations. Specifically what I have bold texted twice now....its all about the difference in the two columns....for cmv its very cut and dry. The next column dealing with NON-CMV citations has an "IF" statemen That I was questioning.

    I am fighting it......

But I still welcome comments SPECIFIC TO THE BOLDED IF STATEMENT DEALING WITH NON-CMV citations....

I am only going to tell you 1 more time, any 2 tickets over 15 mph, whether in a CMV or not, within a 3 year period. WILL your CDL suspended. Get a lawyer and get over it.

Table 2....#1 through #5 are the same for CMV and non CMV vehicle. Yours is #1. Only 6 on is non CMV exempt.

Here it is, lets break it down.

The wording kind of goes in circles but means your license must be suspended 60 days if convicted.

Sort of 2nd conviction you will be suspended 60 days. If suspended, you are deemed disqualified. Something like that.

Id feel better if people weighed in stating the non-cmv column of 383.51 after actually reading it and gave me their interpretation of the "if" statement. Why would there be a different statement and 2 different columns if there was no difference?

I welcome replys...but id like to keep it sincere and somewhat on topic.....specifically the non-cmv column fir the tenth time.....geeze

I just told you. I don't think anyone can give you what you want to hear.

One coluum is for getting the ticket while in a CMV. The other coluum is for getting a ticket in a nonCMV, but the punishment extends to your CMV priveledges.

You drive crazy, you got caught and now you are going to pay the piper. The cop seen your 1st conviction is why he stuck you with the second. He ain't gonna budge either. You might as well get ready for it.

Bubba idiot I may be,however I have read your columns, and I have read your states laws on suspension of driving privileges.

I have come to the following conclusion.

Upon conviction you will lose your license.

If maybe a wonderful hope bringer. With if all things are possible. Again however this is not an industry of if.

It quite clearly states that if the violation results in a suspension per state law you face a 60 day suspension.

OH law says you (upon conviction) have accumulated 12 points (2 15 mph over speeding tickets for 6 points apiece) so will face the suspension of your driving privilege.

QED you will upon conviction lose your license for a minimum 60 days although ODPS has far greater penalties forthcoming than that.
