    @HYTECKREDNECK

    How good do they honestly expect you to be in your shifting and driving for the road test , being straight outta school and limited hours behind the wheel ...I can shift halfway okie but heck i still miss gears ,timining isnt perfect etc some grind...Takes me a bit of time to get used to new trucks timing.. .Do there manuvarablity test only for straight line back also?

    Thanks, Rex

    They aren't super strict on newbies fresh outta school. It really isn't that hard. The road test u took for cdl is harder. Keep head on n mind in gear n u will b fine. N yes all u do is a straigjt line back. But u gotta set up for it, n when u do make sure u get out n look before u back.

    Well got screwed by the man! Got a call today saying that operations has decided to no linger hire from my area! This sucks big time was suppose to be headed out for orientation on Sunday! Less than 2 days notice! Now I know why there is so much negative on this web site! Well they just lost a great driver that would have been loyal to them! Looks like I will be headed to the best of the best! TMC! Bye Boyd!

    That sucks Motomack, SORRY to hear, A really crappy deal to only call 2 days before you head to orentation and waste your time, ppl need work now, When you could have arleady been somewhere else starting. :(

    I gotta call the 31st to comfirm my orentation hope they don't do the same deal.

    Best of Luck!

    Thanks also HYTEKREDNEK for the reply! much appeciated

    I got a lot of respect for u mike, but u sayin this makes u just as bad as the rest of them. I don't agree with what they did n u know that. I don't agree with a lot they do but guess what, that's truck driving. There's negative on this web site cause of this. Look back a few post. The one where my man was in bham for two days before gettin sent home. He never had a negative things to say. Until u work for a company, u have no rite to say anything bout them. I've worked at tmc, so I can honestly say, have fun. Best of the best, far from it. Never seen a company that will fire u for walking on the grass. That's stupid.

    Boyd may not b the best but they r FAR from the worst. I don't agree with a lot here at Boyd n how they handle things sometimes, but I will rake up for a company that has done the same for me. So I will leave u with this, u may out pull me in ur 63 mph Pete but I'll still make my delivery on time. If ur wondering what I mean by that, just b patient. U will see when u get ur own truck bro.

    Dude, I've been doin this better than four years n I still have trouble with coils. There is a process that works for me. U just need to find that happy medium tween u n that tarp. An understanding.
