    only question i have is why the pay is the same when you have more responsability(spelling).

    Yeah, like the Southwire plant in Hawesville.

    As for logging it... I'm just going to go with what's been said before here.

    1 why would i go to oreintation? i already work here?
    2 they say log it legal thats all the tell ya nothing more nothing less
    3 we dont have a log aduitor they scan them in and put them away

    Southwire is a different place altogether. Alot depends on what you are loading out of there.

    I load at the Villa Rica, GA Southwire all the time, except for when they are backed up they are quick and easy. I just dont like how they always have 3 stops on there stupid loads :biggrin_25513:

    No Touch Freight though!

    It's the only one where I've had to wait for hours on end before I even got into the door. Last load was 22 of the small reels (where they build the rack on your trailer. Flora, IL... they've always been pretty quick to get me loaded, and the one in Heflin, AL (Forte Power Systems) has been pretty good, as well.

    I usually got in there early and only loaded the skidded coiled rod. The guys loading the reel took forever!
