    I just basically bent over and crouched a bit. Didn't have to get down to the duck walk position. With my knee if I had to do that I would be gone. lol. What I meant by crawl was going to one knee with a hand down. It wasnt bad at all. If you can do an actual deep knee bend it'll be easier for you than me, and I found it to be really nothing to worry about.

    I hope so. I'm a little over 6'4 with a bad knee. I can't "waddle" under a truck. I have to wait a little bit when I stand up to warm up my knee. After a few moments it's good to go. I'll keep doing my squats just in case. Kills my knee though.

    I have one of those Total Gyms you see on tv. I've been using that for squats as well. Not as hard as doing it by yourself. I've been doing 5 sets of 10. I can now do 10 squats by myself but it helps to have a table in front of me so I can steady myself. Without the bad knee I'd be fine.

    I plan on wearing my brace under long pants. No since drawing their attention to my knee.

    I shredded both medial ligaments on both sides of my knee and cut the anterior cruciate completely in half. My posterior cruciate ligament was damaged as well. I skied off a cliff! Trust me, you will be fine!

    You are worried about the wrong part that part is extremely easy. What gets most ppl.is keeping their bp low enough thru the whole test. The actual physical parts are easy

    Just remember to breath. In and out nice and deeply while you are doing the exercises, and when you complete them. You will be telling yourself afterwards, "I was worried about that". lol It was extremely easy. You will be fine.

    I thought it was heart beats per minute. Is it blood pressure?

    It is your heart rate that they keep track up. I don't think they want you to go over 80% of your maximum, or something like that...
