Then you need to get the mods to remove this post and keep your keyboard/mouth shut up! I'm sure your lawyer told you to be cool and not talk about this case but you're putting it on the internet? Do you think they don't have one friend who might see this?

DUDE! Do you want to screw the case?

I know of a great company, but I'm not sure of your experience. Iused to drive with them with my bf at the time. He quit I didn't have enough experience for them to keep me on a a regular driver. Van Eerden out of Byron Center(Grand Rapids).
They were a good company on my home time with my kids. Usually every two weeks. that because you went west coast. They are a refer company.

try looking for companies to hire, on www.truckergeek.com I see a lot of GEMINI trucks running in Michigan and up and down the I-75 corridor, as well as RRR Express.

    Good luck!!

kiera_anna hope this will help you find work. I found some information reading online newspaper thetrucker.com . Fill out one online application on each website and they will find a job for you and notify you. Apply : gotruckers.com & bigrigjobs.com also some advice : Never badmouth a previous company on application or during interview. Never reveal past illness or injury or they won't hire you. Always say you left previous job for pay & benefits. Since you haven't driven for awhile, say "took time off to take care of family business, so it would not interfere with my job, got that done, so now I'm ready to go back to work." Best wishes.

STAR knows all to well about the lies and BS that Specialize puts on your DAC and they ignor it and The Company. I have now been at Star for 2 1/2 years...not making the best money but not doing bad at all. Home every week end. :biggrin_255:

ConcreteAngel : The trick is to apply to Star while on vacation. Take a 2 week vacation and apply the first day with Star. At the end of 2 weeks, if they keep you, you're safe. That's the best way to change trucking jobs and ensure you can transition with no gap between jobs. Most of us have done this during our career. Check their website, maybe apply online. startransportation.com

yea this company is a joke. before when we was on paperlogs . you did what you had to do to make money. now there on elogs. this place is lost. they dont have the resources to keep you moving to get the miles in. it takes 10days for this company to burn up your 70hrs. by then payroll has already passed. on average you get a paycheck everyother week. if your lucky.you spend alot of your time sitting at the shipper or reciever never fails. but they always have a load for you.I have sat in 1week 50hrs . sit at the shipper 12hrs. but they tell you your load is ready when you get there (NOT). oh by the way load cancelled drive down the road get to 2nd shipper sit another 4hrs. delivery to consignee sit another 3hrs. driver 80miles to shipper sit 14hrs. drive to consignee sit and wait 24hrs your early cant move appt up.Drive to another shipper wait another 14hrs. You will spend more time sitting at shipper and consignee then you will at a tstop taking care of your business. This is a company that you can work every day of the week for a year and only get paid for 40weeks . the other 12weeks you lost from sitting. they rely on broker loads. everytime you make a delivery your in line with a bunch of foriegn drivers. its nothing but bottom of the barrel freight.they say you get detention time. i never got it . asked for it 100times. "we get paid you get paid" never happens. I worked here for along time finally had enough. STAY AWAY TRUST ME.
