Thank you FLORIDA and KENTUCKY!! Florida and Kentucky are the first states that will require drug testing when applying for welfare, effective July 1st. Some people are crying this is unconstitutional. How is this unconstitutional? It's OK to drug test people who work for their money but not those who don't

Hope this is correct I have been hearing this for sometime, but haven't seen anything official.

I'm curious how the testing will be handled, only when you sign up or renew? I doubt it will be random like it is for drivers. Drug tests are pretty easy to pass when you have time to study. Don't expect too much from it if they can't do on the spot random checks as it only takes a day or 2 notice at most to fool a whiz quiz.

Should be in politics...
Millions unemployed due to the economy and they want to pick on those who have nothing. -
Now if they only require our lawmakers to pass a drug test!!!
Maybe then we will have some "Hope and Change"!!!Paddletrucker, the gambler and J R W Thank this. -
They should start in the Oval Office!!!! For all of the non-inhalers. LMAO!!

It's my belief that since lawmakers have the awesome responsibility of governing the greatest nation on the planet, they need to have straight, unadulterated minds. They are responsible for alot more than your typical truck driver!

They tried this before in florida, about 10 years ago.
Perhaps the results will be better this time.
About 1 in 20 fail the test !!! -
That doesn't seem right! -
