    I agree with you 100%. I am attending the diesel tech program oct 3rd and can't wait to start. Mike Lee is a real straight up guy and will go the extra mile for you. I plan to start a thread in this forum when I start and will post everything I can good and bad. Again Mike lee is a really good man

    Due to start class for cdl at TDDS in a couple weeks. Are you working local Goothva? I see your from Ytown.

    saw your questions in other posts about hometimes and whatnot.. if i may offer a suggestion - base your hometime on your obligations. if you are single, no kids, ect. then go coast to coast.. you won't be home much, but you'll have the chance to make more money compared to regional or local. build up your savings acct, and then after a pre-determined amount of time (set by you - suggest 1 year min) start looking for regional or local.. a lot of the local companies won't hire you without 1-3 years OTR experience. depending on your physical limitations and whatnot, i'd go flatbed before dry van/reefer.. just remember, if you do go flatbed, the freight can never been too secure

    Just looking over the site and happened to see another TDDS student here. Yep Mike Lee is a straight forward guy and very helpful. Enjoy this school and like the fact that they are accredited for student financial aide too. I started my training August 20. Got a pre hire already and my CDL permit license with all the endorsements and Pass card. Still need a TWIC. Start site and road training Oct 23. Looking forward to this so I can head out in November, already have my bags packed and ready to roll!!
    I attend classes on the weekend. Maybe see you around. Best of Luck in your future endeavor!!!
