The owners will just ressurect the company under another name after the bankrupcy and the games will begin again. Toozier Haydwins trucking is born!

 

Chapter 11 this time? They just filed Chapter 13. 2 1/2 years ago. So how accurate is this info?

first mr.baker dozen to be very honest you my fellow trucker are full of B.S i have been at tradewinds and they ( Brian Cook and Ben CooK / Mat Deck /) are crooks A continues flow of BOUNCED CHECKS /STOP PAYMENTS on drivers pay and their dispatchers !!! Second they have major problem with their Fuel cards ?(Funds not available ) They are a major company that expects their drivers to run outlaw! ha ha safety rateing says it all!! now lets talk about equipment late (very late )model trucks and trailers an accident ready to happen again ./they strip one truck to put it on another; continues to rig it up and hope that it last (per Eric bissenger) Tires they put on trks or trls missed matched wore out lights maybe they work/ the guys working in their shop what a joke .they dont know their a-- from a hole in the ground . Third you talk they handle bankrupt with dignty (you lieing stack of ----!!!!) you need to get the truth right They still owe people money and creditors !! Im all for a class action law suit to bring these people to light and let the truth set you free!! you might want check your facts there Mr..bakers dozen . In the event you want to call me a lair or have one ounce of doubt call the Better Buisness : Attorney General : DOT : TRADEWINDS STAT SCORES ; oR be really honest and check the court documents and see for your self !! BE FORE WARNED TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND REMEMBER DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE COMEING TO TRADEWINDS !!! IN COURTS AGAIN BANKRUPTCY (HOPE THEY GO TO JAIL )

After reading the posts on this site about Tradewinds and the POSERS defending them...well...I just HAD to join in and respond...First, "Bakers Dozen" are the employees at the Corporate office in Arcadia, Indiana off US-31 heading north from I-465 and turning left on the road that is towards "Bakers Corner".
Anyone that has been foolish enough to waste their time and efforts there at Tradewinds would recognize this fact, and know (AS I DO) that "Bakers Dozen" refers to them and those at Tradewinds.
Will post more about them soon...currently in the initial stages of a lawsuit against them, and looking into a class-action suite for all of their VICTIMS.....stay tuned people!!!!!!

 

Being as you are...and THAT BEING obviously one of the corporate office "Bakers Dozen" staff members at Tradewinds...you would say that!!!
