Whether the company is right or wrong, they will still get new drivers. You have to look out for your own record, nobody else will. He said she said doesn't get it. If it isn't in writing it doesn't exist.

123456... did I even say Prime?
Well... if not u guessed right! Amazing.
(Must be their bad reputation that made for an easy guess) -
Next Prime driver, I would go home and clean my truck out but one carry on bag. Then I would go back out and tell the dispatcher my truck was due for a service, to route me to the terminal. Then when I got there I would take pictures of the cleaned out truck and terminate my employment. If they want to play like that, a no quit notice won't hurt you near as bad as an abandonment.
When it comes to litigation, one needs as much documentation as they can get to prove their case like wichris said. That could even include pictures of a qualcomm/Peoplenet conversation. -
He read your other posts!
123456 Thanks this. -
I would first try and get it changed in DAC, the way that the others have said to do.
The second step, when that does not work is to take it to small claims court. Sue for the max allowed in your area. Yes, do this in your home area.
Most of the time the company will not show up in court. Since it is not really worth it to them from a financial standpoint to do so. As long as you have your suit set up that no money is needed if they remove the info from DAC. Most of the time the company will not fight it, and DAC will be ordered to remove the info.
The company will try to argue that you have to sue in their jurisdiction. Due to papers that you signed when in orientation. This is not true. Small claims is always done in the area that the person filing the suit is from.king Q Thanks this. -
