Maybe try taking a refresher course. I think they give you a certificate at the end of that. Better than nothing.

Just what we don't need here in NorCal...another inexperienced, doesn't know any better tomato truck high-balling around Sacramento and the valley!

You think they wouldn't feed him a few lines about how he can make 3 turns, maybe 4 if he will drive for 18 hours then take his 8 off to get his log legal?

I've been driving around the Turlock area for 3 months now on a construction project. I give credit where it is due......The local drivers here including Tomato trucks have been respectful and courteous around my truck. So far so good. Had to report bad driving habits on another company hand recently for his own good and the rest of us that represent our company. He now has a much clearer understanding of safe driving habits.

Who operates like that? Out here, tomato hauling is shift work. Get your 6 to 8 or so loads, depending on the fields your working and the cannery your running to, and let the next guy have the truck. These guys don't run near 18hrs a day.
