80/20 Rule

Wow. Thats a blanket stament. Ive worked for a 2 trk co to 2000 trk co. They both have adv,dis adv.Mom an pops would bring my family to xmas dinner. but no benifits of any kind. tell me now an again not to cash my ck untill a cirtin date.its all good. huge co dont know my name or trk # who cares...when i wanna gey home im home. mom an pops i never had a vacation.when i said i wanted time off they,ed pout an let me do what i wanted. its all up to you what do you want?

 

Well Mr "Less-than-2 farts-n-the seat" what a statement to make,you have got it all figured out now huh? When you figure out that this is the most uncaring industry on the earth you will have the same mindset,,,

But the rest of your statement is bull. I've got a few more than two farts in the seat and have observed pretty much the same thing. It's not confined to our industry. It's people in general.

 

Maybe so, but honestly this industry is nothing like any other. I've farted in my seat about 20 times, so I am still a newB, but, it doesn't take long to realize a lot of these companies really do suck as bad as people say they do. I am a hard worker. Never have problems with my work ethic at any other job I've held. But, when I came to this industry, the list of complaints I have for the people I work with(fleet mngr) keeps growing.

 

farting in the seat is one thing--wait till you have crapped it a few times---even then you still dont have all the answers--or even all the questions
i really dont care how many people do what percentage of the job--i go do my job and do it to the best of my abilitys --thats all that matters to me
