Are there any companies that make aftermarket parts for the AG100. I broke a stabilizer bar today and am dreading how much KW is going to want.

$2,300!!!!! are you kidding me? Any other options besides salvage?
-
Are you buy a whole new suspension?

I bought a cut off for that! -
I just need this bar. Apparently they are made of gold.

Hard to believe that bar casts that much. They must be nuts!

pm me your ser number and year.

Found one at a salvage yard about 2 hours away. I put new bushings in both bars while they were out and hopefully all is well now. It was a pretty hard decision, new at KW for $2,300, or salvage for $150. Hmmmmmmmmm, tough one. I'm not too impressed with KW right now. That price just seems asinine to me. Talk about gouging.
The guy says "let me talk to my boss when he comes in and see if we can do better". I never heard back. Oh well. That bar better come with a big bucket of KY for that price!!!
Les2 Thanks this. -
I feel for guys in your situation, the mark-up on proprietary parts like these is crazy.

Why don't you get it WELDED ? I've had some part's welded before and they never broke again. Find a good welder.

I thought about about it but didn't think it would hold. In an OTR truck maybe, my truck, no way. My suspension takes a pounding in the fields we run, especially this time of the year hauling corn. Also if you notice where it broke it was right where the bushing goes. If it were any where else where I could have welded some strapping on to reinforce it, I may have gone that route to get me though till I found a junk yard one. As cheap as I got the salvage one, welding wouldn't have been a good option anyways.
Diesel Dave Thanks this.
