Ut at that hour everybody arrive to the place less the driver of the other truck. And the trailer still hooked to the truck its 10. Am ad nothing so you have to. Call to your company annd guess. Your dispatcher don't know nothing about it. At. 11. You reccceive a message in your qualccom with the phoe of the other driver he said that he don't know nothing about the swap and. You have to go to his hotel super8 and pick him up

    Another example, the fleet manager(tod) assigned a load on Friday ,Saturday Morninng the night dispatcher sent a message asking why you are heading in that way and thenn you receive an aother load assignned in your qualcom. So you. Call again asking what's going on and they sorry its was our mistake. Keep going with the first load assigned. Sunday morning the. Next dispatcher still askin about the secod lload

This hapend weekly ;you arrive to the shipper and guess what noody know nothing about your load and finaly they say that the load was canceled so you call to the dispatcher annd he become mad and ask " who said that" get me. The name and the phone of that person and the. Fricky idiot. Is thinkin that you are a lier. You know ### this. Company ### werner and #### all idiot tha t can't. Understand my crazy language

    Lol, lol , and ja ja ja now I release. Those feeling. I'm feeilig free again I'm not gonna say where but in y new job I'm doing between 2800 and 3300. With a decent .38. Detention , stops, holidays hometime every. 3 weeks( in werner was every 6 ;begging n for. Comeback to see your family) and the best thing abbout it SOLO. I was teaming in werner I can't belive it. The hell its gone .

    My eyes hurt from reading this! Best I could manage out of this pile of dyslexic comments, is that loads were ###### up, no one claiming responsibility, and it all seems to be the driver's fault. Good points to know, actually. Jen from there has been calling me monthly, despite the fact I tell her I'm not interested, and to please round-file my app.

    The straw for my decision on that was when I was talking to another long hauler, while unloading, and asked about Werner, specifically. He told me that while they will tell me I can have a regional route (which I prefer over long haul) that it wouldn't take long to sent somewhere out of my region, then farther, and farther still.

    It's hard to make a decision with all of these though, from a new driver's POV. For every one negative reply I read, I read about two positives. But the negatives sure are impossible to overlook

    I can only speak for my wife and I. We drove for Werner for over a year before I was moved up to Safety. Sure things happen. But We never had that much of a problem. I was a seasoned driver before I worked for them. Old joke, Hey driver what you hauling? Empty trailer, Dispatcher brains. If you don't stand up for yourself, You get used. In that cab, your the BOSS. Keep that close to your heart. What is safe and right is YOUR job, not theirs. You have control of 40 Tons of steel, they have a screen and a mouse.
