I have just finished polishing my truck with Meguiars NXT Tech Wax 2.0, useing a Mothers Wax Attack 12volt polisher. The job itself was pretty painless and took about 4 hours. Got to say the paint work looks better than when i did it last time with standard polish and by hand. I used this Meguiars stuff because after useing it on my car I was very impressed with the results. But the main reason is that im hopeing that with this Megs polish the truck will stay cleaner for longer and be much easier to wash in the future. Just thought that I would share , and i will post again after the next time i wash the truck and let you all know if it is worth the effort, or just a waste of time.

Never heard of that stuff. Me and the wife use Turtle Wax Ice and it brings the color out. You can do it in the sun also.

I've used the Meguiars NXT several times, goes on nice, comes off easy and looks great.

I like Meguire's products, especially their Wash - comes in a purple bottle. Only one I've found that doesn't leave streaks after it dries.

Don't think I've seen their polisher, where did you buy it (and how much)???

at local auto store here in OZ, price was around $45.00 au, so far ive polished my car once and the truck once and still got enough to do the car again. With a full bottle I think I would be able to do the truck at least 2 times / maybe 3 times.

Check out this website. It has a wealth of information on pretty much everything out there for detailing your vehicles. Lots of good product reviews. There is a good forum too with lots of experience with all the different products.

I would use the stuff I used 1st, then after that use the detailer. That is what I did with my car , the retailer is good but u will get much better result polishing it 1st. With the detailer u need to spray it on then rub it around a bit then wipe it off, sort of polish the area while its wet then dry it off.
