depending on whats on there, you can go to smaller companies that'll actully interview you so you can explain what happened. or you'll have to work for a small carrier that doesnt use dac

Explain "poor". Abandonment? Accidents? Poor work history? Theft?

You should elaborate a little more so we can be more accurate instead of throwing darts in the dark.

On another note:

With your experience level, you should have waited a while longer before you started training. If I hopped onto a truck and my trainer told me they've only been driving for less than a year, I'd get out and request a different trainer.

 

Dispute the report. Add an explanation.

Find a company that doesn't check DAC. Find a company that will let you explain, if that will make a difference.

You got in over your head way too fast. Since we don't know the story, we are just guessing as to how to fix it or if it can even be fixed.
