I saw an interview with her lawyer this morning. He apparently has documents where her probation was served during her time in jail. He even has supporting documents where the probation people stated that she did complete her probation. The judge stated in an interview something about circumstantial evidence being real evidence. He wants to violate the law in Florida by changing her sentence 3 years after the fact. Casey's lawyer stated in the interview that he only had 60 days to change his mind according to state law. The judge sounds like an idiot. I think that he is ticked off because one of his buddies failed to prove their case, so he wants Casey to pay for their failure.

she's guilty of something, you don't not tell anyone for over a month. think how many mom's or dads could just not tell anyone, hell they could move and no one would ever know. if casey had said she moved to california, she may have not got caught, she could've told mom "I don't want u to have any contact with me or her" and unless mom got calif police to check, that no kid lived with her, know one would know. That new law about reporting missing kids just might stop something like that.

Ya she is not an innocent in this, she's guilty of something badddd

If someone has done harm to their child another law will not prevent anything from happening to the child. It is just another knee jerk reaction to pacify the outcries from the public.

I have never stated that Casey wasn't guilty of anything. But, where is the proof? The prosecution dropped the ball on this one. They relied on the media and public opinion to convict Casey. If the prosecution could not even prove the cause of death then they cannot convict Casey of a crime. You don't convict someone of a crime that may not have happened. They wanted to close the books on the case so they charged Casey. In reality, they didn't actually have enough to charge her. The prosecution doesn't know how her child died. Based upon the evidence, the only crime that I could see for certain is the wrongful disposal of a corpse. I think that there is a good chance that her child drowned and Casey was afraid of getting into trouble with police so she lied about knowing what happened. I do think that Casey has some mental health issues. I don't know if it is severe enough to cause bodily harm to her child. People are too quick to judge.

That's the most important part of this and unfortunately, too many people are quick to dismiss that. Casey Anthony has all the rights in the world. Caylee does not. She's dead.

Thank God she is in a better place and not having to grow up with that thing as a mother.

It is so sad that Caylee is dead at such a young age. It is always tragic when a child dies. But, according to everything that I have read, Casey was a good mother. As I recall, several people who knew her testified to that fact. I don't believe that the prosecution introduced any contradictory testimony concerning her parenting skills.
