Yeah, I talked to Karen today, and we did start putting a plan together for my return. Adam is supposed to mail me a packet of training material to look over also. He said the changes are not all that drastic. I am getting the itch to get back, really bad... I feel great, I still get alittle sore after a long day, mostly muscle pain. Even that is getting better the further away I get from my surgery. I have my job description, I am going to send it to the doctor with my x-ray results after I have the x-rays done. Once he signs off on that, then off for a DOT physical, then to a terminal, probably Gary for PWS, and Driving test. I don't know if they are going to make me sit for the training update or not. I will see what I get from Adam.
Anyone been hurt at work???

Now having a work capacity study done in Erie, next week. The doc wants to be sure that I can do everything on the pre-work screening before he releases me. So I get a dry run... LOL. Then the last appointment with the doc on the 26th. If all goes well then it is back to driving, finally... I has been a long time...

Be very careful of the forms they ask you to sign. There may be a release hidden in there somewhere. If you sign you free them of any responsibility.

I read everything before I sign it... I was in corporate management once, so I know all the games...

Karen wouldn't do you like that, she's more likely to stab you in the front than in the back. Lesson to be learned is that she will stab you......count on it!

I know, that is why I wear kevlar.... Body armor is a wonderful thing.

If you happen to see her, and that's not very likely, tell her that you were expecting her to be Chinese because Tom told you she was. She'll kick you out of her office, but she'll think it's funny.

I've already tried that, and it didn't go well... Binder thought it was funny though.Meltom Thanks this.

Had a Functional Capacity Test on Tuesday, and all went well. No pain, no problems. Still trying to get into shape, after not being able to do a whole lot for months, it is going to be a long road back. It looks like the doctor will release me on Monday when I see him again. So maybe by the end of next week I will be on the road again...
