Congrats Gazoo on the move, good luck bud!
I would suggest a 3.55 if it has a 10 spd OD, anything shorter (numerically larger) will mean you will be running higher RPMs at highway speed.
And, if you find one with a 10 spd direct, 2.64 would be great (esp if you run out west, where cruise speeds are higher) but a 2.79 should work well too.
