Motorcycles and those who love to ride them...(photos)...

Besides motorcycles being kinda dangerous in the first place, it's more like some clown opening their door or swerving deliberately because the motorcycle isn't playing "fair" and will get somewhere first. I've ridden on the dotted line both in Cali and Europe and the inattentive drivers are easy to spot and avoid. There's far more dangerous riding conditions than splitting through gridlock.

This isn't "Every Which Way But Loose," you don't have an orangutan named Clyde riding around with you, there is no animosity between bikers and truckers and this isn't the 70's.

Talk about a Rumble.....

at my uncles funeral last year on July 10 there were over 150 bikes from 22 different clubs including the Hells Angels, Warlocks, Banditos, Dry Riders, Vietnam Vets, Sons of Silence (his club), Iron Horesmen, Freemen, Etc.....

He was the Chapter President for his club, as well as what they call a "Nomad".

 

Of course there's no animosity, you know how many bikers drive truck lol. Around Montreal it was the bikers in the 1990's that had everyone upset, not the media they were blowing everything up and killing each other (and innocent bystanders too). I know a few bikers they've always been nice to me, and a few weeks ago driving through Ottawa the only person that moved over to let me change lanes was from a certain motorcycle club even the cop that was following him couldn't be bothered. Oh and Every Which Way But Loose was an awesome movie, think I might have to watch it when I get home now.

 

Yes, innocent bystanders got caught up in one bunch of guys going after the other. That is not excusing it, so don't get me wrong. But they weren't going after the bystanders.

My point was, they're not just going to ambush some random trucker for just being on the highway. That idea is just ridiculous.

Keep in mind that a very large portion of the public is clueless when it comes to HD's and bikers in general....

Most of them think the Harley Owners Group are a bunch of outlaws !! :smt108

 

Not to mention people watch shows on tv like sons of anarchy on fx and think that is what its really like and they really have no clue. Those of us that actually know different just have to laugh at them.

By the way when did it become required that when you buy a bike you have to wear a leather vest? All of these yuppy clowns look ridiculous.
