Because Im in Management dont mean that I dont agree with alot of things that are wrong in trucking.Its a rought business and right now the drivers and management both feel the pressure.We understand that drivers need to pay bills and the wifes are complaining that they are gone all week and they cant pay the bills and when they get home they look at the 4 walls of their homes because they cant afford to do anything and it sucks and we are pushed to make revenue and we dont have the loads to do that and then the drivers complain because their wifes are complaining and its a rough business.Do you think we need phone calls from drivers complaining about stuff we already know but they are getting calls fron their wife because they have bills.Its awfull right now but we all need to stick together and work thru this rough time.Also I dont see why lazy is bad I liked gear jammer as a person but I just frustrated when I would call him and I got the message that he was out Jamming Gears and I knew he was at home.And Im sure some drivers here know who Iam and I bet most will tell you that I try to help them but Im limited because of all the reports and phones.

 

It is ALL a big giant conspiracy by the NEO-CONS, with Bush and Cheney at the helm....

It has been my experience during my short time on dirt, that any time a person has to resort to name-calling to get a point across, they have lost the debate already.

 

Seems like this is only a place for bad reports and not a place to sovle problems.Just like I said Nobody wants to say I need your help just complain.Wow I wonder why drivers change jobs so much and never have anything.Im here offering my help and only get threats to be banned and insults because nobody wants to face the truth.I thought most drivers were better then this.Maybe Im wrong.

 

Obviously, you haven't read enough of this forum to get the whole point. It IS a storehouse of information GOOD AND BAD about trucking companies. It has plenty places where "problems" are solved, but no problem is solved by attacking people, like you have done during your short time on this forum.
I don't wonder why drivers change jobs, after I have seen the way they are treated, after I experienced "that" treatment, after you exhibited your special style of treatment.
How can you claim you came in here offering help when you attack other members of this board unwarranted?

The person refusing to face the truth in this discussion is you, because you refuse to look at YOUR behavior in 5 short posts. Most drivers DO want better, that is why they leave companies like YOURS in droves, but maybe I'm wrong....NAH!
