Most every seat manufacturer offers a model that has a normal back with a head rest that can be raised or lowered. Probably never see one in a company truck or in a used truck. But it can be spec'd in a new one or purchased and put in.

I just got my new ISRI KW branded seats today. Black and real leather.
They look awesome. List is $1275 each. I negotiated the hell out of them.
But dam! :biggrin_2554: ...even with the 'good guy' discount they were quite more than Sears Atlas 80 Elite seats.
I basically chose to replace my Sears seats due to poor warranty support. They will do ANYTHING before
considering replacing a seat. ISRI is much more liberal but at that price - I expect it.

..the thing I like about these is they can be ordered with controls on either side. I set that up so I have all of the controls
facing the inside and they are much less likely to snap/break as you slide your ##### out of the rig...

I've often thought about just going to the junkyard and finding a comfy heated and cooled seat. Maybe out of a SUV or Cadillac.
