    Let me check my logbook

Every truck my hubby has driven is a short nose truck and he has no issues running sustained speeds above 65 mph. That's another one of those trucker tales.

    scottied67 and jgent74 Thank this.

    Hahahaha.

Today's talk all over the cb radio waves "they stopped selling cabover in the US due to the falling on their face at high speeds"

    or
"cab over owner beware, driving at high rates of speed may cause loss of control due to it's lack of aerodynamics"

    Lol

    scottied67 Thanks this.

Dang I'm glad I didn't know that back when I was running that cabover at 100 MPH grossing 110,000 pounds, it would have scared me to death.

You're gonna get pulled over if your going much faster than that right now, so the end result isn't much different than a regular speed limit. Also, they already tried this kind of thing with a federal 55 speed limit some years ago and that went away REAL fast. XP
