    Do you haul loads into or out of Mexico? You say you have no idea what's happening, so I'm going to assume that you don't know that they won't be able to haul loads point-to-point inside of the US. They can ONLY haul loads that cross international borders, just like the Canadian trucks that enter the US now.

    I didnt know that ! I thought they could run any load they wanted,,,, this mean they dead head empty back into mexico then????

    No, they don't have to run back to Mexico empty as they can take a load with a Mexican destination.
