    Let's not forget the people watching DVD going down the road. You can see them right on the dash or window. I have seen state police just look at them and drive right on by. This is when the vehicle only has the driver and no passengers.

    You obviously missed the report... they've already attributed the failure (partially) of the bridge to increased truck traffic and weights.

    Our wonderful NTSB included that in their assessment report Thursday, on national TV.
